  1. Firstly boil the milk in a heavy bottom saucepan then let it to lightly reduce it's temprature.
  2. Add all the herbs and spices mentioned above along with beetroot juice, beet powder and salt.
  3. Add lemon juice/white vinegar and let the mixture split/curdle and absorb all flavours of herbs&spices along with the colour of beetroot fo' about 20 minutes.
  4. Strain the curdle/split milk out of whey with the help of a strainer and a muslin cloth(don't throw/waste the whey as it has included all the flavours of herbs &spices).
  5. Remove all the whey out by squeezing the muslin cloth with yo'r palm.
  6. Set the muslin cloth with split/curdle milk in a cookie cutter/mould and give weight of some heavy utensil over it..let it sit under weight fo' aboeut 30 minutes to set completely.
  7. Yo'r all natural pink cheese with seven herbs &spices is ready.
  8. Keep it out of the muslin cloth.
