The ingredients needed to cook Hummus:

  1. Provide 100 gm of chick peas.
  2. Take to taste of Salt.
  3. Get 50 gm of Sesame seeds.
  4. Take as needed of Olive oil.

  1. Wash and soak the chick peas in water overnight..

  3. Roast the sesame seeds. Grind with olive oil to a fine paste to make tahini in a mixer..
  4. Grind the chick peas in a mixer, add lemon juice, tahini, 2 tbsp olive oil and grind. Add water to adjust consistency..
  5. Serve in a plate. Add Olive oil, parley and a pinch of red chilli powder as garnish..
