The ingredients needed to prepare French Onion Soup:

  1. You need 8 of x Large white onions (Spanish).
  2. Use 4 of x cloves garlic.
  3. Take 4 sprigs of thyme.
  4. Prepare 1 of x tablespoon Olive oil.
  5. Take 50 g of x Butter.
  6. Provide 50 ml of x Brandy.
  7. Provide 200 ml of x white wine.
